I need some help, I am interested in starting a chronic pain support list to help in various way the issue at hand, chronic pain.. I need some one to point me in the direction of how to start one of these lists and how do I go about setting one up? do I need software?. I am clueless on what I need to do ? I am willing to moderate it all the time and I have a partner willing to help to when I am not abel to , so you see I am at the end of my rope so to speak as to what do I do ? how do I get started ? where is the software ? I need to be abel to do this for free, I am willing to put time in, just need help, so thank you for the opportunity to express my thoughts if any one
