IF you find that things that you set in the list.config file don't
actually seem to matter or do anything, chances are you are not piping
mail to the list through resend.
If your alias for the list is something like
list: :include: /path/to/mddir/lists/list
Then you are not using resend, while if it is something like
list: "|/path/to/mddir/wrapper resend -l list list-outgoing"
then what you describe remains a mystery.
