Subject: Digests and Message Footers

I've recently added a digest version of a list I run and
everything seems to be working just fine...EXCEPT that *each* of
the messages in the digest includes the standard footer from the
un-digested list. This, obviously, is annoying as well as a
	waste of bandwidth.

The only thing I could find on this matter was a reference in
the config files to an unused variable, digest_rm_footer.
As advertised, it doesn't seem to help.

	Any aid is appreciated. Thanks.

[I have read and grepped and searched through all the
documentation I can find for the answer to this puzzle, though
I may have missed it. I'm happy with a reference pointer as
	much as the solution.]
