Majordomo prob: Permission denied

I am running FreeBSD 2.2.7-Release, with Sendmail 8.9.  When running
'wrapper config-test', no problems are found.  When I send mail my
majordomo accout this it the response I get:

"/usr/local/majordomo-1.94.4/wrapper majordomo"... Can't create output:
Permission denied

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
