Returned mail: Insufficient permission: Error 0

Hello,

I got majordomo 1.94.4 up and running (with Perl 5.004_01) on MkLinux
DR3 (I'm using Sendmail 8.8.8.x).  I made up a new list to try out.  I
(and a colleague) successfully subscribed, but when we tried to send to
the list, we got the message Returned mail: Insufficient permission:
Error 0.

In the body I got:

resend@/home/majordomo/lists/macusers.resend"

I've checked the FAQs and the archives.  There are a couple of
references to this problem, but I've checked as well as I can, and I
can't find the error.  I know that it must something simple (like
permissions, etc.), but I don't know.  Can anyone help me with this?
