Yes, I'm still trying to work out Majordomo on our DEC Alpha 400 with
UNIX 4.0b.
Under #10 of the install instructions it says create an empty file
"test" and issue a lists command to majordomo.
1. is it lists or 'lists' that I type as the command (neither seems to
work, anyway).
2. the mail goes to majordomo (I can look in the log and see it).
3. The instructions say "if everything is working correctly you should
get a message back from Majordomo, and not Mailer-Daemon.
I don't get a message back from anybody.
Every thing seemed to work OK up to this point, but I have no idea where
to look from here. Is there any more information I could post that
would help you all know what I'm missing?
