No. With a properly configured list, all mail will have the Sender:
set to owner-list, but the From: will still be from the originating
address. The only time the owner address will appear in From: is when
there is no From: to begin with, necessitating that Majordomo/sendmail
invent headers to fill the void.
(This is most often seen when the Approved: header of BOUNCE mail is
placed in the wrong spot, so the missing headers are defaulted prior
to re-posting.)
The owner- address will *always* be the envelope address, but that is
not quite the same as being in the From: line as Andy is describing.
