I use MHonArc, which you'll find at
http://www.oac.uci.edu/indiv/ehood/mhonarc.html
with list aliases which send the list email to a MHonArc directory.
I have the MHonArc script in my majordomo directory, and have a MHonArc
subdirectory in which the archives are stored, and so the aliases look
like this:

-l test
-h gsulaw.gsu.edu
test-outgoing"
owner-test: pwiseman@gsu.edu,
test-request: "|/usr/local/majordomo/wrapper majordomo -l test"
test-approval: owner-test

test-outgoing::include:/usr/local/majordomo/lists/test, test-mhonarc
