Since no old hand replied, let this newbie offer something. I don't
think any real question should be thrown out because it may help
somebody else, who knows.

Majordomo depends on sendmail (a mail transport agent or MTA) to do the
actual mail delivery work and I do not know of any free MTA in "windows
system" (Please tell if there is one) if you mean MS. Even if there is
one, the way it work may well be different. So probably the answer
is:No, not at the present moment. Or not without a lot of effort. May be
you or somebody would like to do that.

Move to Linux now. It's not difficult. You can surely do that with a
Pentium.
