the problem is that although everyone on the list is allowed to post,
certain domains are also allowed to post and post enough that approving
them all would take a bit too long. There is also problems with some users
locally having their addresses show up as strictly a username as they do
mail directly from a shell, and pop users who always have the domain
appended to their mail addresses. The subscriptions include the domain so
anyone using a unix shell on the same machine has to get approved, and if
the domain is removed from the subscription entry, then all pop users who
have a domain appended cant post without approval
