Need help subscribing users to do system bulletins....

Hi there.

I have successfully installed Majordomo on our mail server at work (small
Web Development firm). Thing is, i am wanting to use Majordomo to be able to
send weekly buletins to all our system users etc but i dont want to have to
subscribe each user one by one.

question is, is there a way to subscribe ALL of our system users by having
their addresses in a txt file for instance...or is there another way or
what? any help would be great as this is of reasonable importance.
