It means that the text is encoded using "quoted-printable" and one
of two things is happening:

        (1) The recipient mailers can't copy with quoted-printable

or

        (2) The header information, instructing the mailers that the
message is encoded that way is getting lost or mangled

PS: Fix the line wrap on your MUA.

Also, many lines are being broken after just with one word with the "=" at the end of the line. Can it be this particular sites gateway that is causing this? Any other ideas?
