It means that the text is encoded using "quoted-printable" and one
of two things is happening:
(1) The recipient mailers can't copy with quoted-printable
or
(2) The header information, instructing the mailers that the
message is encoded that way is getting lost or mangled
PS: Fix the line wrap on your MUA.
