But note that the SMTP IDs are different; the message is being repeatedly
sent from their server to yours.  Nothing you can do on your end except to
add that Message-ID: (or the From: header if this is not the only repeated
message) to taboo_headers and tell the person on the other end to talk to
their system admin.

(The Message-ID database in the development version catches these kinds of
repeats.)
