Jeffrey is right. Outlook defaults to sending e-mail in formatted HTML
(I think) and this causes more problems in getting the strange
characters he mentioned.
Eudora can be set to TEXT ONLY, I use it for approvals without
problem. I wish subscribers would use TEXT ONLY too!
