Check out MailServ (http://advicom.net/~fitz/www/mailserv).

It can already handle all the major mailservers (listproc, smartlist, 
majordomo, etc) and can be extended (with Perl) to handle just about 
*any* mail server you can imagine.

You can install it locally or link the the adivicom site with a form 
button.
