This is an odd request. You (or your boss) really want the mail to be
from the list owner? Is the purpose to anonymize (yuck, what an ugly
word) postings? If so, you will need to do a little more than just
change the from line. You will need drop out lots of other headers. See
the mailing list archives for a discussion of anonymizing lists.
Ah, I see a possible case where you might want what you have asked for.
If have an announcements only list (moderated or postings allowed
from just a few people) then you might want to all message to the
list appear to be from some non-natural person.
Hmmm. I think you will have to hack the code for this. It shouldn't
be hard, but I don't think that there is a simple configuration for this.
