Well, not quite all. You forgot the aliases for the list, which is where
I suspect part of the problem is, that is, the part about the mail going
out to the list without processing. Not sure why the bounce message has
a null body however. It'd be more interesting to see the headers from a
message that was outbound than these which were inbound.

Looks like a match to me. You might want to remove that particular regex
from the $admin_body variable in your majordomo.cf since it seems to be
catching more than you'd like.
