It means what it says - your majordomo lists directory is world-writable,
and your sendmail thinks that's a security risk, so refuses to :include: a
file from there.
Solutions:
1. Tighten the permissions on the lists directory, or
2. Tell sendmail not to be so paranoid (not recommended).
