Matt, thanks for the reply. I' did exactly what you suggest and narrowed it
down to one rogue email address. Slightly bemused though, it looks like the
offender's email system was just bouncing the messages back to the list
without adding anything.
The user didn't do anything at all. V. strange. Anyone else had this type
of problem?
