Just the other day I helped solving such a problem. In that case they have
one POP account at their ISP serving serveral accounts (on the inside).
Their mailserver (NTmail or something) pops the ISP and then distributes
the mail to the users on the inside. Appearently the ISP:s mailserver adds
a X-REAL-TO header with the envelope receipient, as far as I could see.
But their NT mail server also erroneously used the CC header for
distribution, and list mail was returned to the list.
