Set reply_to = $SENDER in your config file. I too believe that not every
reply should go to the whole list (especially in high volume lists), and
that there is a reason for the difference between "Reply" and "Reply to
all", but I almost had a revolution on my list when I made that change (ALL
replies, both "Reply" and "Reply to all", used to go to the whole list). A
vote had to be taken, and "my" way won by more than a two thirds majority,
but several list members were very unhappy.
In my opinion posts such as "me too", "well said", "please send me more
information" do NOT belong in the whole list, but should be sent to the
individual in question, but dissenters claimed that such posts foster "a
sense of community" and that they want to read everything everybody says.
