Well, if you really need to make it easy you can turn off +confirm,
but I don't recommend it.

Perhaps you can be more specific on what problems they are having?
Is it because of line wrapping?  Or are they not trimming it down
sufficiently? (removing the extra text, removing the "> ", etc)

This is greatly improved in Majordomo 2.0, but you may not be
ready to make the jump to alpha code.  (it's nearing beta quality,
though)
