	Why on earth would you want to do that?  Your message came accross
as combined text and HTML, some people can't even read the HTML, and for
some reason when someone uses strange encoding, the people who can (some
of them), don't get any benifit, because the browser just ``pukes'' on the
encoding, and just reders it as straight text.  I would sugest that unless
you have a VERY good reason for using HTML that you not do it.  Most
messages 98% of the meaning is contanied exclusively in the text of the
message, and the 2% of the message that requires formating can be done
with simple line breaks, spaces, tabs, etc.  So WHY send a message that is
2 to 10 times the size of the information you are trying to convey
requires, and doesn't convey anything more?
