I just upgraded to sendmail 8.8.7 from Digital, to stop our systems being
used as a relay for spammers, and am running majordomo 1.92. After the
upgrade majordomo is acting wierd. We have some lists which are moderated
and each message must be approved. Now it seems to take up to 10 minutes
for a message to get to the moderator and then another 10 minutes for the
message to get to the recipients
of the list.
Also, if you send a message to majordomo for say help it takes up to 10
minutes to get a reply. I found the following error using mailq
"mailer-local died with signal 13". You do get an answer even with this
error but it takes a while. Any help would be appreciated.
