On a slightly different variation of this question, has -anyone- gotten
message footers to work with some form of remailer program other than
`resend`. Currently, it seems there exists a choice between having footers
OR using a bulk mailer. id prefer to do both, as bulk mailers clear the
mailqueue much quicker.
