Yes, I found the new location - and I I have applied the rm_digest.patch
(at ftp://ftp.amulation.com/pub/majordomo_patches/) to remove footers and
headers from the digests before they go out but I am now getting the
following error message
MAJORDOMO ABORT (mj_digest)!!
Can't get lock for
/usr/local/majordomo/sports-lists/list-nhlrangers-digest.config
Digests were working fine before applying the patch. And if I comment out
the new patch code, they work fine again.
It looks like something is now creating a file in the lists directory called
list-nhlrangers-digest.config.LOCK
The file is owned by majordom and permissions are 660 with a file size of
only 6 bytes. Inside the file is a number 18146
that's it.
I have tried changing the permissions to 640 and removing the .LOCK file,
but neither seem to solve the problem. I keep getting the error message.
Any ideas on what might be wrong?
