I found this in my logfiles:

Jan 13 09:47:48 maillist.il.fontys.nl majordomo[24187]
{joe@foobar.com
} ABORT Couldn't append key file : No such file or directory   

 
What is this? As i can see, nothing is going wrong on the user's end...
