I suppose you can use TLB in that fashion if you really wanted to, but if
you read its documentation (just past the point in INSTALL where it seems
you stopped reading) you will see that you can run it to get rid of the
outgoing alias altogether.  That is one of its primary functions.  (Ignore
any mention of the development version of Majordomo; the required version
was 1.94.1 and you probably already have something newer.)
