I used the Managing Internet Information Systems when I first set things
up as well. It did indeed help a lot. However, recently O'Reilly has
published a new book "Managing Mailing Lists" by Alan Schwartz (US
$29.95, Cdn $42.95). This was printed in March 1998, but I didn't hear of
it until about October (I'm in Canada, so that could be the reason:) ).
Since I got this book, I have used it on numerous occasions. It covers
more than just Majordomo, it also covers listproc, smartlist, and
listserv. I've found it quite handy, and it has more than paid for itself
when I need to solve a problem :) It also covers Majordomo 1.94.4, so it
is considerably more recent than the Managing internet Information Systems
book:)
Hope that helps you!
Cheers,
Andrew
