There's minor domo. It only handles subscribe, unsubscribe, info
and mail to the list, but its simple and easy to use. Additionally it uses
the same file format for the mailing list so you could easily upgrade to
majordomo a latter date. I don't recall the home URL, but you can find it
by going to: http://www.freshmeat.net and then do a search for minordomo
