Does the machine which does the actual sending of messages out to the
list have proper reverse DNS set up? If not, those machines which
reject SMTP connections from machines without proper DNS entries will
reject messages from the list.
Your 208.213.149.2 does appear to reverse properly; however the
resulting name does not look up in the forward direction, so a host
which demands a match will ignore it. But that might not be the list
machine (based only on its name, it likely isn't).
