I just setup version 1.9.4 of Majordomo and I am having a little problem.
I am running a system with SendMail version 8.9.1 and Perl 5.005_02. I
have the files setup for what I believe to be the correct permissions.
/usr/majordomo/lists/
-rw-rw-r-- 1 majordom daemon 40 Feb 9 21:43 ob3d-list
-rw-rw---- 1 majordom daemon 16109 Feb 9 21:33 ob3d-list.config
-rw-rw-r-- 1 majordom daemon 0 Feb 9 21:15 ob3d-list.info
And I have the following aliases setup for my mailing list.
/etc/mail/aliases
# Majordomo accounts
majordomo: "|/usr/majordomo/wrapper majordomo"
owner-majordomo: root
majordomo-owner: root
ob3d: "|/usr/majordomo/wrapper resend -l ob3d ob3d-list"
ob3d-list: :include:/usr/majordomo/lists/ob3d-list
owner-ob3d: obsidian
ob3d-owner: obsidian
ob3d-request: "|/usr/majordomo/wrapper majordomo -l ob3d-list"
I am able to subscribe to the list, and set the configuration, etc... What
am I doing wrong? I still get the following error messages.
550 :include:/usr/majordomo/lists/ob3d-list... Cannot open
/usr/majordomo/lists/ob3d-list: Group writable directory
554 <ob3d-list@dontpanic.net>... aliasing/forwarding loop broken
