I am a first time user of majordomo. I am running Redhat Linux with Perl version 5.004. My majordomo version is 1.94.
I have attached a copy of error that i am getting as the owner of majordomo. It is the unknown mailer 9 error.
Before I tested majordomo I ran the ./wrapper config.test test as a different user(not list owner or majordomo owner or not any user part of the majordomo group). The tests complained that my Log file was not writeable and so wasn't my lists directory. So, I changed the permission to make them both writable by everyone (777).
Please help if you can. I have heard terrific things about Majordomo and I really want to start using it. Thank you for your time and effort. Best wishes,
