a little help needed

   Dear sir,

I have installed majordomo version -1.94.4 in my linux machine running
perl5.
Now i'm tryin got get the list moving. For testin purpose i'm using a
simple list without digesting and archiving and my list name is
firstlist.

I don't quite understand step 7 in NEWLIST file. I have tryed typeing
config firstlist firstlist.admin as said but my machine don't seem
recognise this command.
Where did i go wrong?.
