Modifying bounce_mailer From: address

Thanks for your guy's responses on why bounce_mailer is encouraing a lot
of bounces. In response to your suggestions, I've decided to modify the
From: address. 

I looked at bulk_mailer.c and found a envelope_from pointer, which gets
its argument from arg[1]. My arg[1] is "owner-rtl" so this is not a
problem. 

Where is the "bulk_mailer" header set?
