First, I must appologize for being a neophyte...I'm learning.  Second, the
MD FAQ are wonderful, however, I do not understand how to approve a post
sent to my moderated list.  I get the following:

From: owner-jokes@mjokes.com
Date:Thursday, March 04, 1999 7:21 PM
To: owner-jokes@mjokes.com
Subject: BOUNCE jokes@mjokes.com: Approval required:

and then the message body.

I am using Outlook express as my email client.  Just how do I
respond/approve this message?
