If you use +confirm for any open or auto subscription policy, you will at
least prevent these from getting on the list. There really is little we
can do about users who don't know their email addresses.
If this is happening when users just use
subscribe list
Then you have a problem with your MTA. You should configure it to not
accept unqualified addresses.
