Majodomo doesn't care. But you can problaly not do pre-approval of such a
mail. If the list is just for sending for a few persons you can send
directly to the outgoing list. 

1. Alias the list name to your adress.

2. Send the mail To: list@domain Bcc: list-outgoing@domain
