Deletion of MIME attachments

Hi All,

I am not sure if this information is available somewhere, but I would like
to be able to delete the attachments on the posts before allowing them on
the forum which I moderate. Are there any perl, sed or other scripts that 
can do the job for me? 

Our forum is quite busy and I would like to be able to strip off things
like "HTML" or "WORD" document redundancies to prevent filling up our
subscribers mailboxes.
