In the development version some work internationalization work has been
done.  We even have formal and informal German translations done already,
though they are no longer complete after many additional English files were
added.

I18n settings are per-list in Majordomo2.  We have some plans to support
Prefer-Language: as well.  Outgoing messages are tagged with
Content-Language: headers.

The development version is not finished, though.  More information is at
