Those are run-time arguments (ie, at create time). They don't belong in
the config file. There should be no confusion: the docs simply say that
the program which is invoked needs to support those args (in case you
want to supply an mj_create alternative). It does not say you have to
actually specify them in the config. To do so is wrong.

If you have specified the mj_create path and you *still* get an email
request, it means the script was never run, probably because it was not
made executable. If all is well, you will simply get an FYI that a list
was created, not an actual request mail.
