Hello,

We have installed majordomo-1.94.4 on a Redhat 5.2 box running
sendmail. I can get it to work if I don't use the 'resend' program.
But, when I do this, I can't get the reply-to address to go back to the
list. I've set the reply-to parameter in the listname.config file (but
I'm under the impression that only works with resend) and I've also
added it in the message-headers section, but it doesn't show up in the
headers when I expand them.

I would really like to use 'resend', but I'm having a heck of a time
with it. The wants a lot of permissions set that I don't want to give
it. I may have my user:group set up wrong or something - I don't know.

What would be nice is if someone who is using resend could post a long
listing of their majordomo directory, so that I could see the
permissions, file ownership, group, etc., along with the section of
their alias file that deals with one of the lists.

Thanks in advance for any help you guys can provide. My main goal is
to get the reply-to to work, but if I can get 'resend' working, that
would be nice, also. I'm only hosting 1 list and it is very small and
unmoderated, so I don't need anything fancy for now, but would like to
be able to set up more lists that aren't so basic. I've read the .ora
file, the man files, the FAQ, and everything else I could get my hands
on, but I think I've messed up my permissions so much that I just need a
good example to get it all back right.
