Subject: Need help with configuring my Majordomo...

Can anybody please help me:

Majordomo is installed on the server of my domain. A few problems...the
people at my provider have installed it and all, but won't give me an
ounce on how to access my .config, or any other files. I have tried to
access them with my WS_FTP95, but it won't give me ANY access to any of
my majordomo related files.
I have also tried to access it through email, but no luck there also.
BTW, my list is called tomfanlist, and my domain name is
www.tomcochrane.ca . I've mailed the "get" commands to
majordomo@tomcochrane.ca, as well as other commands, but to no avail.
Basically, I just want to be able to access the vital
files....especially my .config files. Is there a special FTP program I
have to get, or download some kind of softare?? And yes, I have read the
F.A.Q., and "README" files at www.greatcircles.com. Whoever can help me,
I would GREATLY be appreciated. I also have some questions about my
"digest" setup, but I'll save that for latter.

Thanks

James MacLachlan
