Subject: WHO command - How to restrict?

I am the administrator for a MD 1.94 list. I have noted that the WHO command
is not restricted in any way. I can send a WHO command without being a
subscriber and get a list of subscribers email address.

That makes it too easy to spam us as individuals. My ISP is the list host
(Qwest.com). Can MD be configured so this command is only available to the
administrators or subscribers?

Thanks in advance
Don Pearsall
