yeah, in the .config file there are several variables that allow you to
set them to one of three choices: closed, list, or open.

i dont have the .config in front of me, but if u read it, and find those
variables with those choices, then u should b able to figure out which 1
should b set to 'list' - thus restricting access only to the subscribers
