 Yes, this is accomplished by piping the listname alias thru the resend
script, as in the second example in the NEWLIST document, and setting the
desired string in the subject_prefix variable in the listname.config file.

  Read the comments in the listname.config file, as well as the
list-owner-info document, and you'll find several other similar useful
features...
