Hi,
Two solutions for this are discribed in the recent FAQ for Majordomo at:
http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu/~barr/majordomo-faq.html
due to a secutity change in sendmail the "group" rights must be ReadOnly.
> kit-outgoing: :include:/var/lib/majordomo/lists/kit
as in the directory "/var/lib/majordomo/lists"
drwxr-x--- 2 mdom daemon 1024 May 31 22:35 lists
like as in file "/var/lib/majordomo/lists/kit" could be set 0750

> kit-owner: owner-kit
> kit: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper resend -l kit kit-outgoing"
> kit-outgoing: :include:/var/lib/majordomo/lists/kit
> kit-request: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper majordomo -l kit"
> kit-approval: owner-kit,
> owner-kit-outgoing: owner-kit,
> owner-kit-request: owner-kit,
> owner-kit: admin,
