Is this a RedHat machine? I think this error is caused by RedHat
shipping broken versions of Perl. Grab a real version of perl from CPAN.

The error message doesn't say it isn't. It says "" isn't a valid return
address, presumably because your "testmail" file doesn't contain a From:
or Reply-To: header. Did you put any headers into the testmail file, or
just some Majordomo commands?
