I'm trying to research a problem for a colleague who is a list owner. He is
trying to unsubscribe a user. The unsubscribe process indicates that the
user is listed more than once and the unsubscribe fails. What options does
he have to get this user unsubscribe?
Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
