You probably have the majordomo user's crontab sending a mkdigest command.
A message (perhaps containing errors, perhaps not) is being generated and
mailed back from majordomo to the user who sent the command, which not
coincidentally is majordomo.  It won't talk to itself, so it drops the
message and sends you a warning.

Try sending the mkdigest command from some other user's crontab and see if
the behavior doesn't change.
